Then there was one other client I'll never forget... She was past the hot flashes into post menopause - she worked really hard at staying healthy - but she had hit a wall.
She was on a super strict diet - and intense exercise program - and she was gaining weight steadily.
Plus she was having recurring UTIs - one after another - for months and months on end - the doctor just kept giving her antibiotics (which she hated.)
Many women find settling into post menopause just doesn't go that well - whether it's lingering hot flashes - low metabolism - or the dryness and recurrent UTIs... It’s not a great start to the whole next few decades.
And when she found relief - I wanted to help more women. So I did...
But only about half got great results. (HALF!)
So I dove deep into research mode treating and tracking for about 8 years in my clinic - and here's what I found - all the women who did really well had this in common:
The right basic diet - and their stress was under control.
If you have these two things - you're ready to feel great.
(I mean... Didn't you kind of know this is something we need to learn about to help our future? Have you ever had an intuition that a pill cannot fix everything?)
Once you get the foundation diet in place - either your hormones are already balanced..
Or if you're still having breakthrough symptoms, you can add just a little something - whether its acupuncture or Chinese herbs or black cohosh - or deep breathing - even a touch of HRT whatever you like - and it'll likely work really well with minimal side effects.
Because you already have the foundation - your body is ready for hormonal balance - with just a tiny nudge.
Without that foundation in place - you can try every single one of those other remedies - and they might work a little - or for a little while - but it can be an uphill battle with hormonal symptoms continually returning.
So I found this out and I started putting all my clients on this diet and it worked if they stuck to it BUT...
You know the facts - 98% of diets fail. They're too strict or too time consuming to stick with long term.
So I went back to the drawing board. How could I make the diet so easy anyone could do it and stick with it?
What were the fewest, most important diet changes that would make up that base diet? That would give you the foundation for balanced hormones - with the least amount of diet changes?
And after a couple more years of experimentation - well - that's what's inside MBWTE.
Inside the MBWTE course you'll find a plug and play system that shows you what to include in your diet each day to give your body the:
Hormonal building blocks + the hormonal detox nutrients that create the foundation for hormonal balance.
So it's what to eat - but it's not restrictive - it's not limiting what you can eat - it works with any type of diet - you can cook, eat out, or order in - it's very flexible.
It's the holistic approach to hormonal balance.
So if you love the concept of healing yourself with food and believe it's possible, but are afraid it'll be very time consuming...
Plus I don't use unusual or expensive ingredients.17
Even if you're a single, working mom or struggling with many symptoms including chronic fatigue, this is for you. It's not too labor-intensive for someone with a full-time job or family.
