    I’m peri menopause since 2009 and still get hot flashes. I was trying to get exercise sometimes but I know it’s hard for me to do it.

    • HI Sherry – When hot flashes last this long, your body is struggling to adjust to the hormonal changes of menopause. This video is perfect for you- really look at the 3 steps I laid out – #1 Diet (which we’ll be talking about a lot in the Jumpstart) #2 Lifestyle (we’re not talking too much about this – but I can help you with this outside the Jumpstart if needed) #3 – herbs are amazing to try here – if you still have the hot flashes after doing steps 1 and 2!! It’s not a quick fix, I know. But once you give your body what it needs it’ll take over the details and everything should start to feel better including energy and motivation for exercise!! And days when you want to exercise but can’t make it happen – I recommend doing really deep breathing exercises instead! You can do them lying down or sitting but will still get some of the same benefits as exercise – and it helps balance hormones!
