  • Please help! I work full time so I do all my cooking on weekends. Im not too crazy about vegetables either. I have horrible cravings for sugary stuff. I work out every morning at least 30 minutes with cardio, weights, yoga, balance ball. I love to exercise, but it does nothing to help me lose weight. I want to give up on loosing weight.
